The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your use of this website or "Site", and by accessing, viewing, or using the material on the Site, you indicate that you understand and intend these Terms and Conditions to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, and equally binding, and that you accept such Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. You must be 18 years or older to register as a member of The Creative Sort. 

 

Members, Users, or Viewers. All photos displayed or stored in or on The Creative Sort website or server are the exclusive intellectual property of the member that created each image and are protected under United States and International Copyright Laws. In most cases this members name appears adjacent to the photo or somewhere on the page where the member’s photo is displayed. In no event does the lack of this display of the member’s name lessen the protection he/she is due under United States and International Copyright Laws. 

It is the member's responsibility to maintain valid and current contact information including address and telephone number. The member has the capability from within their account to prevent these contact details from being displayed publically. Proper contact information is required in case The Creative Sort Administrator must contact the member by telephone or postal mail, in the event there has been any problem with contacting the member by E-mail. Membership on our Site constitutes your agreement to accept periodic E-mailings from us. We send out E-mails to inform members about new features, or features they may not be aware of. By maintaining a membership on our Site you give your consent to accept these E-Mails. Filing a "Spam Complaint", after agreeing to these terms and signing up or maintaining a listing with our Site, is a violation of this agreement and cause for the immediate termination of your membership with us.

Member assumes all responsibility for any images or text content the member posts to their profile or to the website. Members may only post images that they personally own the copyright on or have obtained written permission to use from the copyright owner. Any member posting images assumes all liability for copyright violation regarding any images they have posted to the Site or any legal actions resulting from any inappropriate image or text information they have posted to their member profile, or any other part of the Site they have personally added content to.

The Creative Sort does not manually screen content before it is displayed on the website so occasionally members may inadvertently or deliberately submit and display content that breaches this agreement.

The Creative Sort does not allow inappropriate content to be uploaded, written, or displayed anywhere on the Site. We are a family oriented website. The Creative Sort has the right to terminate any account that does not adhere to this policy. No repayment of fees will be made because of this action.

Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to, content that infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or company, or that defames or vilifies any person, people, races, religion or religious group, is obscene, pornographic, contains mature content, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable.

We define mature content as nudity (genitalia, breasts showing nipples, buttocks), sexual themes, (explicit sexuality or sexuality involving minors) or extreme violence or gore. If you are in doubt, please feel free to email us.

Please help us by reporting any inappropriate, or potentially inappropriate, content you see on the website.

The Creative Sort reserves the right to remove/edit any member profile and/or images, or textual content the member has added to his listing without repayment of any membership fees. The decision to proceed with any such removal is in the sole discretion of The Creative Sort. You agree that The Creative Sort, in its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend your paid member profile and access to the Site for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of the terms. You may terminate your relationship with The Creative Sort at any time. No repayment of fees will be made because of this action.

The Creative Sort assumes that our members will be truthful about the services they provide. As a user or viewer of The Creative Sort website, you agree that The Creative Sort and its subsidiaries shall not be held liable for any negative experience you may have with any of our members.

The user or viewer of The Creative Sort agrees that you will not use our directory to data mine or use our website for the purposes of the solicitation of any product, service or other entity of our members. The user or viewer of The Creative Sort website agrees not to spam members, the blog, member’s blog or elsewhere or collect information whether manually or through the use of software programs or scripts. The user or viewer of The Creative Sort agrees not to misrepresent your identity if he or she leaves comments on the blog or on member’s blogs. The user also agrees to interact in the blog or member’s blog area civilly, politely and truthfully. Offensive, slanderous, untrue comments are not acceptable and will be terminated.
